Camera Couture is an online store providing designer camera bags for photographers in South Africa. We have partnerships in the USA who provide us with stock of the brands available on the website.
Use of the Website
The website maybe be used to browse content, make purchases and to share with others. The content on this website may not be copied, reproduced or distributed. Unauthorised use of this website may violate certain copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws or other laws.
Our Rights
We have the right to remove content or make modifications to the website without notice to you and shall not be liable to you or any third party for changes to the website.
Delivery Policy
When you make a purchase using the website, you enter into a legal contract and your right to refund of monies charged to your credit card or paid in any other way agreed by us, are limited by our terms & conditions. You must not make any purchase through this site unless you understand and agree to all our terms and conditions. Once payment is made for the purchase, it is understood that you have read and understood the terms and conditions for such purchase. Once payment has been made, the order cannot be cancelled. If you would like to cancel your order you must request a refund from us. Please note that you will be liable for return delivery costs. International orders will be liable for a restocking fee of 35%. If you have any queries please contact us before making any purchase. We are not responsible for delayed deliveries caused by any problems which may arise due to the importation of goods. This includes, but is not limited to, USA suppliers delaying orders, customs detaining shipments, acts of God, SARS inspections, customs inspections, Port Health inspections or flight delays. This means that if an order is delayed, the customer is not entitled to a refund. Delivery estimates are only estimates. Refunds will be made at the discretion of the company. After 45 working days from payment date refunds will be considered. Please do not purchase if you do not agree to these conditions. Further to this, if delivery is made and you are not available at the address and/or your phone number is not working - resulting in the shipment been returned to Camera Couture - the customer will be liable for shipping costs due to non-delivery.
Refunds
If you need to cancel your order, you will be liable for all shipping costs that may arise. International orders will be liable for an additional restocking fee of 35%. Any cancellations must be made in writing and signed by the original purchaser within 7 days. Only items received that are unopened and in their original packaging may be returned. Not all returns or cancellation requests will be granted.
Should you for any reason wish to cancel your purchase you will be liable for all shipping costs that may arise, caused by the shipping of the requested item back to the original seller. An additional cost of 35% handling fee will also be charged. You must advise us in writing of your cancellation and any such cancellation must be signed by the person who made the original purchase. Refunds are subject to the supplier authorising the return. All return requests must be made under 48 hours from delivery. Items of a personal nature cannot be returned (Jewellery, clothing, etc). Only items that are unopened in their original packaging may be returned. Not all returns or cancellation requests will be granted.
Payment Methods
All payments and transactions are processed in South African Rands (ZAR) for local orders via our PayFast merchant account. International orders are processed through our PayPal account.
Promotions
Camera Couture only allows the redemption of one coupon during transaction and has the right to decline any coupon if fraud or abuse is discovered.
